hey guys its clair. clair curtis. live and in stereo. dont adjust whatever you're seeing this on.

lets talk fashon.

today i have 3 outfits for you to take a look at. lets get started!!

this shirt is super kewt. i think i have a sort of hipter stile even though i cant get these types of clothes aroudn here.

these pants are very stileish and would go well with that shirt above. i really like them together.

i like this dress because i like that color in lace. i like the long sleeves too.

this shirt is super cute. i like the color with the gray, and i like that it is a tshirt.

with that shirt, i would choose a lacey black skirt. i think it is super cute for a casual night out or a shopping day. you could also wear the shirt with black or skinny faded jeans.

bye bye

OL' SOUTHERN COOKIN'

I have had a lot of great experience in the kitchen thanks to my mother and many friends who enjoy baking. Here are some great recipes I've discovered.

Directions
Beat 1 egg, 3/4 cup milk and a pinch of cayenne. Place 1/4 cup cornstarch in a shallow dish. In another dish, mix 1/2 cup each cornstarch and cornmeal with 2 tablespoons chopped dill, 2 teaspoons paprika, and salt and pepper. Dip about 3 dozen cold pickle slices in the plain cornstarch, then the egg wash, then the cornmeal mixture. Fry in 2 inches of 375 degrees F canola oil until golden, about 3 minutes. Drain on paper towels and serve with ranch dressing.

this is an amazing recipe for fried pickles!! here is how it turns out.

Cream Cheese Topping

4
oz (half of 8-oz package) cream cheese, softened
1/4
cup butter, softened
3
tablespoons milk
2
cups powdered sugar

Pancakes

2
cups Original Bisquick® mix
1
tablespoon granulated sugar
1
tablespoon unsweetened baking cocoa
1
cup milk
1
to 1 1/2 teaspoons red paste food color*
2
eggs
Powdered sugar, if desired.

Directions

  • 1 In medium bowl, beat cream cheese, butter and 3 tablespoons milk with electric mixer on low speed until smooth. Gradually beat in 2 cups powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, on low speed until topping is smooth. Cover; set aside.
  • 2 In large bowl, stir all pancake ingredients except powdered sugar with wire whisk until well blended. Heat griddle or skillet over medium-high heat (375°F). (To test griddle, sprinkle with a few drops of water. If bubbles jump around, heat is just right.) Brush with vegetable oil if necessary or spray with cooking spray before heating.
  • 3 For each pancake, pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until bubbles form on top and edges are dry. Turn; cook other side until golden brown.
  • 4 Spoon cream cheese topping into resealable food-storage plastic bag; seal bag. Cut off tiny corner of bag; squeeze bag to drizzle topping over pancakes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

These are awesome red velvet pancakes!! Unfortunatly, i cannot get the picture to load. sorry!!

I hope you enjoy these recipes. Until next time,

style

hey! Long time no see! today I am talking about how to get some attention without being center of attention.

this is a cute outfit that doesn't make you the only one seen but gets a couple of eyes.

next, this is something that can get you some comments, but not every paparazzi.

and now a dress that you can where any place if you want to impress someone.

hope this helps in the future of style!
